Service Technician (Full Time)

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in the field, troubleshooting, and keeping customers’ heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems running smoothly?

A R Engh is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team. We specialize in commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration, providing reliable solutions for homes, businesses, and commercial facilities. We need a dependable, hardworking tech who’s ready to take on service calls and keep our customers up and running.

What You’ll Be Doing.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial settings

  • Perform routine maintenance on furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, walk-in coolers, freezers, and other refrigeration units

  • Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration components as needed

  • Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner

  • Keep detailed service records and reports

What We’re Looking For.

  • HVAC and refrigeration experience (schooling, apprenticeship, or on-the-job training)

  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the spot

  • Strong work ethic and reliability – we need someone who shows up and gets it done

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
