What is trenchless pipelining?
Broken pipes and other sewer problems need to be taken care of before they back up and create a mess in your home, but the mess associated with traditional repairs can cause homeowners to delay the process. Fortunately, trenchless pipelining is an alternative type of repair that is much less invasive and often costs less than traditional repairs.
What is Trenchless Pipelining?
Simply put, trenchless pipelining is an alternative to traditional pipelining that allows us to make certain types of repairs to your sewer line without having to dig a large trench on your property. This method utilizes small cameras to inspect and clean your sewer without having to physically access it, as well as to assist with some types of repairs. Traditional sewer repairs can make a large mess and leave your yard looking unattractive, and this innovative type of repair helps preserve the aesthetic appeal of your landscape without sacrificing the quality of your repair.
When and Why Should Trenchless Piping Be Used?
We know that you may have invested significant time and money into planning and perfecting your yard, driveway, garden, and other aspects of your landscape, and we don't want to dig them up if we don't have to. Although this less invasive type of repair does not work for every problem, it can be an excellent solution for broken or leaky pipes and similar minor problems.
A R Engh's Trenchless Pipelining Process
We utilize small cameras to assist us with certain types of repairs, especially broken pipes. By inserting a camera into the pipe, we are able to efficiently locate, clean, and seal pipes from the inside without having to physically access the broken part of the pipe. Once we locate breaks, we insert a liner into that area of the pipe and fill the liner with warm water to seal it to the pipe.
