Our COVID-19 Plan: Essential, but intentional.
ESSENTIAL, BUT INTENTIONAL.
At A R Engh, we wanted to take a moment to let you know that we will remain open for all emergency HVAC and Plumbing repairs, but will be as intentional as possible about scheduling non-essential work.
As we navigate this new normal together, we’re doing our best to follow the recommendations of Governor Walz, the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, and the responses from these individuals and organizations, making further internal changes if/when necessary.
Our hearts go out to those affected by the virus, and we’re committed to doing our part to limit the further spread of this horrible disease. We may be an essential business, but our plan is to be even more intentional.
We’re all in this together.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR TEAM.
Additionally, you can expect the following protective measures from our company as we remain under a stay at home recommendation. These measures are important to not only the safety of you, our customer, but also for the safety of our team members.
Disinfectant cleaners: All of our team members will carry additional disinfectants to help clean areas that are highly trafficked within your work or home. Our goal is to leave each job cleaner than when we arrived.
Limited handshakes: Until further notice, we will not be shaking hands on job sites. Instead, you’ll receive a friendly smile, honoring bow, or maybe an elbow bump. This limits the amount of contact we have, protecting everybody involved.
No sick employees: No employee who’s sick (or feeling under the weather) will be allowed on a job site. We will take internal measures to ensure these employees are taken care of, and not put in positions to further the spread of any disease.
Everything is digital: Until further notice, we will be delivering our contracts, quotes, and notes digitally (as much as possible). Like limiting handshakes, this will limit the amount of physical contact we have on a job.
